The body is inserted into the trocar port after laparoscopic surgery is complete and it provides stable support for the peritoneal tissue during the closure

An Anchor Needle grabs the suture inside of the cartridge and pulls it out of the trocar site

The cartridge has a suture embedded inside of it that is used to seal the port site
